Review: Auto Shutdown PC offers one of the most important commands for your computer - automatic shut-off. With this tool, you can schedule shutdown, restart, standby, and other such tasks. The user interface consists of a wizard, where you can organize various counters. In the first part, you can set one or more timers - Timer select supplement closure of the operation time (hours and minutes), and the alarm time, date, day of the week, or once a week, but you can also edit or delete the job. In the next step, the program must set the time during the countdown event before the shutdown is activated, enable / disable the display of icons in the system tray for easy access, as well as the window counting the reset button, and prevent users from changing the system time. Additionally, you can assign keyboard shortcuts to actions closing (power off, shutdown, restart, hibernate, suspend, log off), but also allows audio playback and select the shutdown command is activated (sound loop, adjust the volume). Also, you can clean any actions to be performed during shutdown - Recycle Bin, Windows temporary files, Internet Explorer (temporary files, cookies, browser history, address bar history), and a list of recent documents, and enable password protection and logging closing (view / log file empty). The program uses a small amount of system resources, but it does not come with a help file or a more advanced settings. However, it is a decent closure planning application to work on the computer. |
